What is this?
This is a collection of songs that RM either recommended or just shared with us through social media.Namjoon has been posting whatever he is listening to at the moment even before BTS debuted. At first, he used to post YouTube links on their old blog, fancafe, and twitter. Nowadays, he uses mostly his instagram to share spotify links. This is a tiny archive of all that I could find.How?
I compiled every song he posted on Twitter and the Spotify/Melon playlists he made during promotions through the years (I still have to go through their blog, though). Now, whenever he posts something on instagram or mentions a song anywhere, it gets added to the playlists.Big thanks to collectRMusic, your account helped a lot.RMusic?
RM came up with the hashtag #RMusic back in 2015, which he used for a few years to tag his song recommendations on twitter.
Why did you do this?
Because I'm insane I had a lot of time in my hands during the pandemic so I decided to go through all of BTS' tweets (yes, every single one of them). A lot of his tweets were about different songs I didn't know, so I made a playlist to listen to all of them and here we are – I've been keeping track ever since. There are many artists I got to know because of him and I had a lot of fun taking a peek into his diverse musical taste, so I hope other ARMYs can experience that too.
